Also you can really look at it like a tub of amino acids thus having high anabolic properties but typically more expensive.
A simple calculation you can use to determine quality or protein percentage is by taking the amount of protein and dividing it by the serving size IE: 90% for an Isolate or 60% for a lower quality concentrate.
