❝ Just started drinking greens again. I Acai Berry Green Tea flavour. It has a pleasant taste and mixes well. It's suppose to be very good for immune health and energy. Others I've had try this product say it tastes far superior than other green products which I agree with. My personal favourite was to consume the product is mixing it in a shaker cup (which I got as a free gift from SVN Canada, appreciate it) full of water and throw around a quarter scoop of an amino flavour you enjoy. Currently I mix it was a blue raspberry and I must say I genuinely look forward to drinking my greens for the day. This product is a must if you are inconsistent in terms of your diet in terms of eating you veggies. I know I am from time to time. And with the price point you cannot go wrong. I only received my shipment recently however, considering how my family is going through the product I know I will have to stock up soon.

❝ I recently was recomended this product and i noticed the difference right away. It gives a boost in energy and stamina, i use it during my workout instead of a pre workout.

The taste is incomparable with any other green product, it actually tastes good ( acai berry).

From personal experiance i recomend this to anyone who is inconsistent with their greens to give this product a go and you will notice the difference right away.

I personally use it pre and during the workout drinking it instead of just water.

Not a fan of pre workout if you have the right mind set you shouldnt need anything to get you focused.

❝ The second Greens product I have ever used, I never feel much with these. I did not notice an obvious change in my recovery, endurance or energy, everything is the same it was. Certain people might be more sensitive to these products or it helped them filling gaps in their nutrition so they feel it more, good for them. If you are a pro level athlete training 2-3 times a day, or you are in the older end of the age spectrum, or you just have nutritional deficiencies it might be worth it, but if you are a young healthy adult with good living habits and an overall good to excellent nutrition, its kind of waste of money in my opinion. My nutrition is not "pro" level but its fairly great with a good variety of vegetables and fruits, zero fast food and crap, so I don't see the point in buying these Greens products again. Its another one of those thing you have to try and its either a hit or miss. Since I don't notice much difference, am using what I have left smartly and consume it before bed so my body has extra nutrients to play with during night recovery. Taste is ok, but doesn't beat North Coast Natural field berries flavored Greens. 3 stars because the ingredients are in good standing, the body will use whatever it needs from them and there is a potential for certain people. Note: Sure, Greens products will provide nutrients, antioxidants and help alkalinize the body, but don't fool yourself thinking they are necessary nor that they can replace the nutrient, antioxidant and alkaline power of simple wholesome vegetables, leafy greens, fruits and natural source water!
