Regen X is our advanced formula of branch chain amino acids (BCAA) designed for recovery needs during intense physical exercise. INGREDIENTS


L-Leucine
Regen X contains a massive dose at 3.5g Leucine per serving. L-Leucine is typically referred to as the "main" amino acid because it is the amino acid primarily responsible for muscle protein synthesis. Leucine does so by signaling to the protein mTOR that the body has significant dietary protein to synthesize new/more skeletal muscle.


L-Isoleucine
Isoleucine would be considered as intermediate in its ability to promote protein synthesis, hence the reduced amount so we can pack in more leucine. However regen x still contains an adequate amount of isoleucine because of its significant capability to increase glucose consumption and uptake. Isoleucine is also shown to have a large role as an anti-catabolic agent.


L-Valine
L-Valine is the central building block for many important enzymes. L-Valine is known to aid in the body's energy provisioning processes and plays an important role in building physical strength and muscle mass. Supplementing L-valine and the other BCAA's is crucial to any athlete attempting to gain strength, power and speed.


L-Glutamine
Regen X doesn't only contain the three essential branch chain amino acids, it also contains 3g of L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine makes up the majority of the amino acids in skeletal muscle. L-Glutamine is considered as a non-essential amino acid, meaning the body is capable of making its own. However, during intense exercise L-Glutamine can become essential in supporting workout and muscle recovery, enhancing immune function and improving intestinal health.


Electrolytes
Electrolytes are minerals in your blood and other body fluids that play a very important roll on your bodies hydration, blood PH levels and muscle function/performance. Electrolytes carry an electric charge which plays a very important role in the body including: allowing cells to generate energy, electrical signals to improve nerve response, contacting muscles and move water and fluid within the body. Region X contains many of the primary electrolytes the body needs during or after an intensive workout like Potassium, Magnesium, calcium, and sodium.


Immune & joint repair
