❝ Red White and Boom flavour tastes great. I take the recommended half-scoop serving and don't get a real kick as some people have. I have been hitting PR's with this and notice my workout intensity can sustain for a bit longer... no jitters or crazy energy though, which may be a positive. ❝ I only use half a scoop of this and I find that is strong enough for me to help me focus through the workout. I got both Red, White and Boom, and Blue Freeze. ❝ The scoop on this pre-workout is REALLY big, so that is one thing I don't personally like about it. I usually only take half or 3/4 of scoop but it definitely does the job! I find that its an effective pre-workout and works really well. The reason I gave it three stars is ecause I'm not huge fan of the really big scoop and the flavor.
